The Last Pact is a standalone mobile app developed by Alessandro Albergo. The app is intended as a motivational timer for spacing or reducing personal habits.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All information (timer state, credits, start date, and settings) is saved locally on your device via the operating system’s secure storage.
Local data is used exclusively to run the core features: tracking progression, showing statistics, sending local notifications, and remembering your preferred settings. The data never leaves your device unless you back it up through your OS (e.g., iCloud or Google Backup).
With your consent, the app schedules local notifications to remind you when a timer or useful window ends. These notifications are purely functional (no marketing messages). You can change notification permissions at any time from your device settings.
The app does not use third-party analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs.
Because all information is stored locally, you control it entirely. Removing the app or clearing its data from the device will delete your information. There is no remote account to delete.
The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
If we update this policy, the new version will be published here and the effective date will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
